This show is totally hilarious, and just about every episode had me dying. The modern xianxia worldbuilding is super fun, and I was way too amused by all the random anime and video game references, from Dragon Ball to Assassin's Creed. There are three seasons that are streaming officially on Funimation.
I really enjoyed Sun Rong's character development as well as the fact that her spirit sword is The Coolest. I'd really like to see any kind of focus on her, but feel free to get the rest of the cast involved! I love everyone.
Fandom-specific DNW: Sun Rong/Wang Ling as an endgame romantic ship (mentioning her canon crush on him for plot purposes is totally fine)
-Sun Rong character study, stuff about the pressure she has as the heir and her rivalry with Tang Jingze

I knew when I saw the words "RPG with gambling mechanics", I had to get this game. It's an indie project with a really fun and snappy take on hold 'em style poker. The creator was reportedly inspired by titles like Kaiji and Danganronpa, and I loved their take on the death game genre.
Martin Grimm is ostensibly the main character, but I would love seeing anyone from the cast or something that's pure worldbuilding.
-Character study that explores a player's gambling style or their special talent
-Something focusing on Doremy's band or inspired by the lyrics of one of their songs (the music in the game was so fittingly unsettling and set the mood perfectly, imo)
-Bad endings subverted or told from another POV. Or an alternate ending of your invention!
-A character considering their best strategies forcheating playing to their advantage
Gu Jian Qi Tan is a series of sprawling epic xianxia games with gorgeous visuals and an endearing cast of traveling companions. I'm requesting Cen Ying and Yun'wuyue from Gujian 3, which at the moment is the only title with a full official English translation. Cen Ying's gradual bond with Yun'wuyue was beautiful, and I would love to see them as a romantic ship.

-I believe the idea of Cen Ying being a dedicated Beiluo/Yun'wuyue shipper is something of a meme, but I would love something with him instead being their chill supporter, maybe during their journey or even after the events of canon

Tawni Balfour: Her campaign was so hard, lol. The all-odds-against you feeling was so intense, and it was such a fun ride. I would just love to see some good old swashbuckling adventure or more about her relationship with the crew and her life as a pirate
Emilia Nighthaven: I loved following her hero's journey and would love to see her inner conflict, honing strategy and diplomacy skills, or her friendship with Solmyr
Shaera: Her relationship with Elwin was very sweet, but romance could figure in as much or as little as you want. I wish she'd been more present as her own character and would love to see what she would have been capable of.

I also realize that the name "Yukidoh Satoru" could be a number of different identities, and I just want to make it clear that I'm fine with seeing either Enomoto or original Yukidoh...or feel free to be vague about it. Probably the scariest game I've ever encountered? Between the stealth mechanics and convoluted puzzles, the camera weirdness, and the unrelenting sense of distress, my nerves were a wreck, but I couldn't stop thinking about the lore. I'm fascinated by the characters and how their fates become entwined with Hanuda's darkness. Feel free to go with an ending as bleak or as hopeful as you want.
-Ominous moments while things are seemingly normal in a time before the ritual
-Slice of life in Hanuda that compares what it's like pre and post-shibitofication. Perhaps certain things are surprisingly similar.
-More of Yoriko using shoujo manga logic to escape from danger. I loved the moments of levity she added to this extremely bleak story
-Miyako fighting her fate or finding a brief moment of happiness, sightjacking POVs of any characters
-What the flesh of Datatsushi tasted like to Hisako, how she feels about food and consumption in the present day

It turns out I just can't get enough of Butterfly Blue's MMORPG epics! This novel largely revolves around Gu Fei's VR kung fu exploits, but I thought Xi Xiaotian and Svelte Dancer were super fun companions and would have loved to see more of them! Video game pay-2-win is a controversial issue irl, but I don't mind it here with Svelte Dancer if it's played for laughs!
-Xi Xiaotian tries to scam Virtual World's biggest whale. It doesn't go the way she planned
-Gu Fei and Svelty just being friends or annoying people together in game
-Anything humorous about Svelte Dancer's pay-to-win tendencies, absurdly overpowered items, etc.
