7'Scarlet (Visual Novel)

Hanamaki Ichiko/Susano Yua

I can't resist horror and mystery themes in a dating sim, and I enjoyed 7'Scarlet way more than I expected (the crashing issues does suck, though). I loved Ichiko's curiosity about Okunezato and her dedication to solving the mystery of what happened to her brother. Yua's supportiveness was so good, and I wish they had gotten more scenes together.

-Cute moments getting closer working together at the hotel

-Yua tries to introduce Ichiko to her gaming hobby or discusses it with her

-Rescuing Ichiko from one of the bad endings

-Finding solace and getting together after the events surrounding the person Yua was protecting

Higuchi Yukari/Kurushima Miwa
Kawakami Kyoko/Kinjo Yuri

I expected this anime to mostly be an opportunity for product placement (the Suntory sponsorship is very apparent, it's true), but it was actually such a relaxing watch! Miwa and Yukari have such a fun and lighthearted senpai/kohai dynamic, and I loved the competition arc where Kyoko and Yuri got to interact. I'd just love to see anything more about them and the bartending. Feel free to include Ryu, Kelvin, or any of their other associates.

-Yukari harboring a crush on Miwa - does someone notice?

-Yuri helping Kyoko to boost her confidence

-Coming up with new drink recipes together or investigating new bars

-What happened that night they got left behind in Kyoto?

-Yuri shows Kyoko around Okinawa

Discworld/Downton Abbey

Anna Smith/Susan Sto Helit

I admit I was influenced by the casting of the Hogfather movie for this (I do ship Anna/Mary Crawley too), but I would be happy to see any of Susan's books or other appearances referenced. Anna strikes me as someone who would adapt well to the supernatural and I'd love to see Susan bring that into her life.

-They somehow find one another in one of their respective canons or Downton being part of Discworld all along

-Susan winds up as the new governess, snarky remarks about Downton Abbey plot contrivances would be totally welcome

-Anna somehow finds herself attending or working at Quirm College for Young Ladies and meets Susan there (or any part of Discworld for that matter), teaching her how to defend herself with the poker or other implement

-Susan finds herself in need of a very capable maid and comes across Anna

Jujutsu Kaisen/Spy × Family

Nanami Kento/Yor Briar

I believe I was introduced to this pairing through a fanart meme(?) and well, I thought it was hot, and I would love to see more of them! Feel free to characterize their relationship however you want: fluffy, angsty, colleagues or rivals in an AU, enemies/friends to lovers...whatever works! Fix-its and canon divergences are great, too. I'm caught up with both series, so feel free to make any canon references you want, including the ending of JJK.

Fandom-specific do not wants: Anya harm, mentions of romantic Loid ships other than Loid/Yor

Ideas:

-Someone is an assassination target, falling for Yor while she's on the job

-Kento is working with or investigating Garden somehow or teaching at Eden Academy

-Yor discovers she has a cursed technique

-Any joke about Kento's superficial resemblance to Loid.

SWERY's love letter to Twin Peaks was so fascinating to play, and I found the characters intriguing in their own right. Would love to see anything more about their normal lives in Greenvale or unsettling moments relating to the Otherworld or other horror elements

-Morgan catches them in an itimate moment while spying on them through their windows

-Any kind of Greenvale slice of life pre-canon, maybe with ominous undertones

-Spending time together while going about their in-game routines

-Emily's bad cooking is such a meme in-game; I love to see it when she actually manages to make something tasty or at least eat a good meal, anything relating to her cooking quests or Thomas teaching her how to cook

Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia

Celica/Saber

I really liked how their relationship dynamic developed over the course of the game, and I would be happy to see anything about them in a missing scene, divergence, or post-canon. Or even a total AU that focuses on them! I don't mind seeing Alm/Celica being a rival ship for plot reasons (jealousy, infidelity, and guilt are all themes I enjoy). Also, I do like all the other members of Alm's and Celica's teams too! Feel free to include them however you wish.

Themes I'm into for this ship: guilty attraction, Celica's sense of self-sacrifice and Saber's objection to that, loyalty kink, protectiveness,

-Saber being more caring than he allows people to believe

-Maintaining a secret relationship post-canon

-Becoming a Witch doesn't change them caring for one another or Saber gets a corruption arc

-A strategy discussion between the two of them becomes heated and leads to making out or sex

-Saber being dressed in formal clothes for whatever reason

I loved watching Maggie Cheung, Anita Mui, and Michelle Yeoh embrace absurdity in this very unserious yet still heartwarming film. IMO, the care they all had for one another came across even better with all the explosions, wire fu, and crazy decapitation weapons flying around in the bakground.

-Further adventures of the trio! Feel free to reference the sequel Executioners or not, feel free to make it serious or include as much absurdity as you want

-Chat's complicated feelings for Ching pre, during or post canon (or Ching's for her), trying to return the favor of her saving her life

-Just slice of life moments of them doing their thing protecting the streets of Hong Kong? Sparring? Helping Tung renovate her house? Taking care of the horses, Chat maintaining her bike or procuring things for her Bag of Useful Items

Maestra: Strings of Truth (TV)

Cha Se Eum/Lee Luna

This drama is an adaptation of the French series Philharmonia, and it offers a wealth of melodrama and beautiful orchestral moments. I've been so into Luna's curiosity and admiration for Se Eum since the first episode. That scene of her calling Luna out for deliberately practicing with the door open as a plea for attention? Amazing. As for the reveal, well, haha feel free to go all in on that drama - I'm here for it!

-Se Eum being pedantic about music and Luna loving it

-Playing a duet or appreciating music together

-More scenes of Luna sneakily antagonizing people like Taeho or Chairman Yoo on Se Eum's behalf

-Anything about Luna's private happiness at being singled out for her talent or being a success after being appointed concertmaster

-Something themed around one of the musical pieces used in the show: Mission Impossible, Brahms, etc

-I so wished the show had focused more on Luna herself and her motivations as a character, so any introspection would be nice

Olympia Soirée (Visual Novel)

Ayame Shura
Olympia/Shura

This game is so pretty, and it ended up appealing to me in some very specific ways (the angst! the food! those dark bad endings!) I loved how much Shura backstory we got in Yosuga's route and I dearly wanted to see more of her. Also, we're getting a sequel!? Feel free to speculate on that as much as you want. I am fine with Riku and other love interests appearing for any reason (being supportive, rivalry, being used as a proxy...anything's cool).

I'm fine with referring to the MC as Olympia or Byakuya, whichever you prefer.

-Going on a date or dining in Shikinjou or one of the other eating establishments mentioned in the game

-Pre-canon Ayame and Shura falling in love

-Managing the school Shura founded together post-canon

-Any kind of Ayame lives AU. How would she find happiness? Would her and Yosuga's situation be entirely different in a world without Haku?

-What did Shura mean in her memoirs when she talked about "tormenting her (Byakuya) in my own way"?? I was amazed they get an ending together?! What happens in that situation where Riku and Sakyo are swept away and they choose to comfort each other?

-Anything where Shura chooses Byakuya over Sakyo

-Something where Shura turns Byakuya's hair blue...

The Paradise (TV 2012)

Katherine Glendenning/Clara

I loved following all the department store melodrama in this show! Clara and Katherine were great, and I'd be so into seeing them together in anyway, whether as heroines of their own story or acting in a more morally gray capacity. I'm not picky about how the canon love interest are handled or whether they are referenced or not.

-Scheming together turns shippy

-Doting on Clara's daughter and staying together long terms wheter or not Katherine is married

-Katherine winning over Clara with charm, gifts or actions

-Anything involving clothing or textiles porn


Virche Evermore (Visual Novel)

Ceres/Salome

This was a wild ride of tragedy and absurd science, and I want Ceres to have all the love (or be obsessed over). Salome was distractingly beautiful and I would have loved to see more possibilities for her, tragic or otherwise. Any kind of retcon or AU you want to do with the canon LI's routes to make this work are great.

-Salome beginning to see Ceres with something other than familial love as an adult or Ceres having had a crush on her

-Getting together post-Scien's Salvation route

-Scene(s) from a Salome route! Whether it leans toward horrifying and blood-drenched Despair or a more optimistic Salvation, I'd love to see it.
