Marriage and wedding themes are all-time favorites of mine, and I really look forward to seeing how you interpret them with any of my ships. (I'm deeply grateful to the people who nominated my favorite pairings - there were so many of them in the tagset!)

I'm really into seeing mutually attracted couples that genuinely want to be together - whether or not they ultimately find happiness is up to you, but I'd rather there not be ill feelings between them at the end of it.

AUs of all sorts are welcome: canon divergence, historical, mundane - anything you want to do with the setting is fine by me!

Dragonborn/Any Character
I love the immersive setting of this game, especially all the bits of lore you get from the various sidequests as well the many lootable books. I'm fine with any gender, name, or race for the Dragonborn and would be happy with virtually any in-game NPC as their spouse - the only two I can think of that I would not like to see are Belethor and Sorex Vinius.

I'd be very amused to see the DB's wedding being given the Ragnar the Red/Age of Aggression treatment, whether by one of the tavern bards or anyone from the Bard’s College.
What could be more Skyrim than having your wedding interrupted by a dragon attack? The main couple fighting off the invader and being romantic together would be great, as would having the wedding guests get in on the action.

I like the domesticity potential with all the different homes the DB can acquire - some slice of life with them and their spouse taking care of the estate or raising any of the adoptable kids would be really nice.

Hermione Granger/Viktor Krum
This is my Harry Potter OTP, and I just want to see them developing a deeper relationship and finding all the ways they complement one another. I much prefer the book version of events to the movies, so please go with that if you can.

AU with Horcrux!Viktor and Hermione trying to save him, or maybe he's been cursed and turned into a magical artifact (broomstick, some kind of Quidditch gear?)

Any kind of Viktor POV would be great: introducing Hermione to his family traditions, magical or otherwise, honeymooning through Europe, fighting to avenge Viktor's grandfather, etc.

Assigned to be married through another magical sorting ritual or as some kind of gesture of goodwill between Durmstrang and Hogwarts, maybe Hermione balks at first but eventually warms to the idea?

If doing a wedding scenario, I'd be really amused by Bridezilla Harry or Ron.

Fandom-specific DNWs: Chen Guo’s fangirling of Mucheng being portrayed in a negative or creepy way

(I'm fine with going by the novel canon or just working off of the animation + OVA).

Chen Guo/Su Mucheng
If I could commission a sequel to QZGS, one of my demands would definitely be to see Su Mucheng's wedding...to Chen Guo. I just want to see these two delighting in each other and having the love and support they deserve after all the craziness of helping YX on his adventure. Married life with Mucheng getting to relax and enjoy her post-Glory life would also be great.

Qiao Yifan/Ye Xiu
I really like the idea of Yifan getting into a committed relationship with Ye Xiu post-series after he's had a chance to mature and gain a bit more confidence in himself. I'm definitely craving fluffy domesticity for this pairing and seeing how that contrasts with YX's shameless reputation. I could totally see him being patient and loving while still indulging his trollish side (jokingly referring to Yifan as his trophy husband, instigating PDAs to scandalize people, etc).

AU with Mucheng or Ye Xiu as a god who falls in love with mortal Chen Guo or Yifan respectively

Mucheng and Ye Xiu have been through so much together, and I'd love to see them have a happy, emotional double wedding post-series.

I'd be down for any take on their weddings, whether small and intimate or a huge Chinese banquet wedding with cameos from the other pros.

Anything about their Glory characters being married in-game or in a fantasy AU.

Aechmea/Cairngorm
(I prefer they or he/she pronouns for Cairngorm).

I have no idea how these two are going to end up, but I really enjoy seeing them bring each other happiness, even if Aechmea's true intentions still aren't clear. I'd like to see more of him introducing Cairngorm to what marriage entails, preferably in a gentle and patient way even if there's a dark undercurrent. I'd also like to see more of him courting Cairngorm with lavish displays of affection.

The Moon is such a beautiful and mysterious setting and I'd love to see more about that world and the culture in general (I really like seeing the Lunarians fawn over Cairngorm). Maybe more about their wedding, from the planning to the ceremony to the wedding night - whatever you'd like.

Voltage Inc's Liar! Series

Augh, I still love this game so much, and I can never resist requesting it no matter how much of a longshot it seems. If you're at all curious about it, I made a promo post in the Yuletide comm a while back. I also have Tumblr sideblog dedicated to it as well as a Twitter account for archiving fanart. (Warning for potential spoilers however).

I'm sad to say that Liar!'s English version is more or less in maintenance mode at the moment, though a live-action movie has recently been announced for release in Japan this fall.

I've been so lucky when it comes to receiving amazing Liar! content in the past, but I can never say no to more! I am happy to see MC with any of the love interests, so please run with whoever works best for you. I'm fine with MC being nameless or giving her a name, maybe using one from the JP Doubt name generator?

Uncover the Truth

Man, I just really want to see MC finally get her happy marriage ending with one of the love interests, though some angst and overcoming emotional barriers would be a welcome inclusion.

I enjoyed all the Lover's Routes, particularly Haruichi's and Kazumi's. Feel free to include elements from those or from other file stories. I also really enjoy seeing minor characters such as MC's friends as well as good old Fortuneteller Johnny, whether it's just a cameo or they're actively helping the couple down the road to marriage.

If you're feeling like it, I'd also love to see MC's wedding planner experience getting put to good use for her own marriage situation. She does seem pretty astute when it comes to picking out nice locations and tailoring things to her clients' taste, so how would that work out for her own special day? ~~Octokitty wedding!~~ (Kidding!...mostly...if you want to make it work, why not?)

A few ideas (feel free to deviate from these!):

MC/Ayumi: I'm just really amused by the idea of MC organizing her marriage to her fellow wedding planner that she used to complain about all the time XD Would love to see more of Ayumi's earnest side and MC showing her some affection

MC/Keima: Bridezilla Keima, lots of involvement from Yuri and/or Sachi, ribbing Keima about just being in it for the wedding gifts

MC/Haruichi: Civilian wedding, Mamiya Family wedding...or both? Being a Battle Couple together, navigating emotions during courtship

MC/Kazumi: Destination wedding or one that's very small and private, falling in love before marriage is even on the table, Kazumi asking MC about wedding trends for "research", Kazumi showing emotional vulnerability

MC/Azusa: I'd actually want something somewhat dark for this...Azusa plotting and being seductive, MC catching on before it's too late or getting swept off her feet by another love interest

MC/Sotaro: Support from Sotaro's mother, Rumi as a wedding guest, MC planning out a wedding that would actually appeal to Sotaro

MC/Itaru: Returning to their hometown to get married, Bridezilla Itaru, Liars as wedding crashers, an actual Octokitty Wedding

I like the idea of seeing workaholic MC finally getting to relax instead of worrying about work all the time - how does her fiancé(e)/spouse help with that? If she marries one of the corporate heirs, how does she deal with being half of a power couple?

Scheming Socialites

I think the "Fake Marriage" tag would work especially well for SS MC given the whole situation with her parents trying to marry her off. Really, I would love to see anything about her circumventing that whole deal, whether it's by eloping with someone or only agreeing to marriage once the Liar's issue is out in the open.

Overwatch

Yuna "D.Mon" Lee/Hana "D.Va" Song

I want to see more of these two playing video games and saving the world together as an engaged/married couple! (Or just being cute).

The MEKA units aren't exactly giant robots, though Yuna's Beast is pretty damn large if you ask me. That tag just seemed like an excellent excuse for crack taken seriously. Maybe an AU where Princess Hana or Yuna is courted/in a relationship with their MEKA pilot protector?

I'd also love a Historical AU or having a modern wedding with traditional elements. Wedding hanboks and an elaborate wedding feast would be awesome.

I'm a big fan of battle couples defending their wedding from attack. Maybe the gwishin show up and Hana and Yuna have to save the day once again, either alone or with the help of other MEKA pilots and/or Overwatch?

I'm open to pretty much any background ships you want to include, but if you can avoid breaking up Pharah/Mercy that would be awesome.

I'm down for anything: post-canon, a straight happy AU where nothing bad ever happened or even a dark Despair marriage. The ridiculous dress could be based on Sonia's Novolselic traditions being particularly Extra or in Ibuki's case, her general ridiculousness.

In the past, I've received a treat for these two that I absolutely loved, but I would definitely like to see more content for them! This pairing has such a cool vibe, being both extremely over the top hilarious but also quite sweet.

I know his concept is kind of meant to be this big joke, but honestly Twogami is such a badass?? (Like whoa the way he sprints in the anime...) I'd love to see him using his mad skills to sweep Ibuki off her feet.

I'm just really curious to see more of Twogami's feelings about Ibuki - was there mutual crushing? Maybe an AU with different murder victims where they had more time to bond?

Sonia Nevermind/Gundam Tanaka
I was so gutted by Case 4. It made me go from not really having this ship on my radar to absolutely freaking out over them by the end of the trial. I love how harmoniously eccentric they are and was really amused by how their antics would unnerve the people around them (especially Souda). Seeing them alive and happy together would be great, but I'm totally ready to have my heart broken again if you want to focus more on themes like loss or even betrayal.

I'm also interested in seeing a fairytale aesthetic for these two, whether it's an AU or you want to use some of those themes to describe their relationship.

Allura/Lance
I love Lance's perpetual snarking and reliance on his own intuition. I've always felt that contrasted so well with Allura's naive but determined nature. Anything that explores the nuances of their relationship will make me so happy. Honestly, seeing these two in a marriage situation would be the fulfillment of my childhood dreams, so you really can't go wrong here.

(Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to watch VLD or any of the other Voltron versions, so any references to them will go over my head).

Something in Arusian law dictates that the crown princess must marry a Voltron pilot. People can't believe she ends up with Lance.

Anything about their courtship and overcoming all the differences in their circumstances as well as political pushback for Allura marrying someone who isn't a royal. Bridezilla Lance would also be great.

Again, I just love the idea of defending the wedding, whether alone or with all of Team Voltron.
