Hi I'm echoslam! Thank you so much for offering to create something for one of these rare fandoms!! I did not expect my pinch hit to be picked up so quickly. :O

Please know that I absolutely love all of these canons and will be thrilled with just about anything!!

General Likes: Any kind of AU (Canon Divergence, Mundane, Fantasy/Supernatural - I love it all! Anything you want to do with the setting is fine by me), character studies, introspection, romance or friendly affection, domesticity, slice of life, humor, unconventional formats

Art likes: All art styles welcome, portraits, characters posing in different outfits or showing off abilities, couples being cute together

DNWs: Body waste kinks, bestiality, non-canon incest, and poly involving requested characters

블레이드 앤 소울 | Blade and Soul

My great obsession of 2016! I love how this wuxia kitchen sink of a game references everything from Journey to the West to Gordon Ramsey to Dae Jang Geum herself. I don't play as often as I used to, but I'm caught up with the storyline in the NA version of the game.

All the characters in the tagset fascinate me, and I would love to see anything focused on one of them or a relationship that they have with someone else.

• Cricket's neverending struggle to gain some respect

Dae Jang Geum | Jewel in the Palace

Last year I received a wonderful fic for my favorite modern Kdrama, so this year I figured I try asking for my favorite historical one. :D This show is such a classic, and I really loved how food was used the central theme around which Jang Geum's story developed. A Modern AU about recreating royal court cuisine in today's world would also be welcome.

• Anything about Lady Choi. She terrifies me.


• I have a huge soft spot for Yeun Seng and would love anything about her friendship with Jang Geum or her relationship with the king

Ever 17: The Out of Infinity

I really love the mindscrew of this game and just want to see anything more about these characters! The encroaching sense of dread contrasting with fluff/silliness was another aspect I enjoyed, so please go with whatever mood works best for you.

• Missing or alternate scenes/endings - I really love the setting (creepy amusement parks are a favorite theme of mine) and it would be great to see more about the creation of LeMU or how the characters would live in the world beyond


• Anything about the chicken sandwiches!! (Or fried tuna sandwiches if you played the Himmel version)


• Romantic (or platonic) hurt/comfort at any point in the game. I enjoyed every route and would be happy to see something about any pairing or group of friends.

Miss Sherlock (TV)

I was way behind the curve on watching Miss Sherlock and finally got around to catching up with it this year. Just as I feared, I developed a new obsession. I love the whole cast of this show, and I just really enjoy seeing them interact both on and off the job.

I'm a big fan of Sherlock doing the Sherlock thing as well as seeing everyone working together and tolerating each other's quirks in order to solve the case/save the day. Also, I love Sherlock and Wato as both platonic or romantic partners, and I'd be happy to see alternate/background pairings as well.

Ragnarok Online

Ah, my gateway drug to the world of MMOs. For me, nothing else ever quite managed to capture the charm and sense of wonder from when I first started playing. (Tree of Savior is not the same!!) I have so much nostalgia for this game as well as the world and environments we got to explore as players.

I'm fine with all genders for the characters as well as non-binary/genderqueer. You definitely don't have to stick with m/f, m/m, or f/f. Feel free to give them any name you like or just refer to them by their class.

Jiàn Yǔ | Reign of Assassins (2010)

I love how this movie is nonstop badassery from beginning to end, and I would love anything revolving around Zeng Jing/any characters' combat techniques or something more introspective and relationship-focused. (The twist at the end totally got me!!) The full movie has been made available on YouTube here.

I prefer pre-identity change Zeng Jing to be referred to as Xi Yu (as opposed to Drizzle, lol) but I'm totally fine with either Chinese or English names for all other characters (Turquoise/Ye Zhanqing, Magician/Lian Sheng, etc). Feel free to mix and match as you see fit.

• Pre-movie, the Dark Stone assassin trio going on a mission or anything about Xu Yi/Zeng Jing developing the Water Shedding Sword technique


• Zeng Jing and/or Ah-Sheng's inner thoughts during their relationship


• What happened to Turquoise??

Trick (TV)

This is my favorite JDrama ever! It's kind of like X-Files: Rural Japan Edition but with magic tricks and campy screwball comedy elements. I can't say that I've ever seen anything else quite like it. I love Naoko as the put-upon Only Sane Woman that solves cases for Ueda, but I also liked the more serious recurring plotline about searching for her father's killer.

Anything about either of the two leads or their partnership, whether platonic or romantic, would be wonderful. I've watched all 3 seasons of the TV series as well as all the movies/specials. If you want to include info from the DS game/novels that's great too!

• Ueda's failure or success in trying to do something nice for Naoko


• Reflection on any of their cases together


• Any of the series ending songs as a theme - "Moonlight", "Meteor Shower", or "Waltz with Me"

Voltage Inc's Liar! Series

I've received really wonderful gifts for this fandom before, but I admit I'm super greedy! Also, I'm genuinely scared that Voltage is going to pull the plug on the app any day now, so I just want to request it while I can :')

I'm fine with any name for the Main Character(s) as well as leaving her nameless. There's a list of pre-generated names from the JP Version of the game if you'd like some choices.
