\o/ Thank you times a million <3 As of today, this is definitely the worst work stress I've ever had.
I know the defaulting system is there for a reason and it's nothing anyone should feel bad about, but I'm still kinda :/ since fandom exchanges have become a unique source of joy that rl stuff just can't compare with, y'know? Though, tbh, there have been times where I think I may have done people wrong by not defaulting when I should have, so... >_> Hope I can get back into it when times are better. Things are changing so fast. Just today, my mind boggled at seeing my extremely task sharing-averse, about-to-retire, doesn't-really-give-af coworker diligently disinfecting our entire work area. And just...everyone kitted out in full protective gear and looking so worn out and scared...it really hit me once again that yeah, we're in uncharted territory, and it's time to buckle up. Supply shortages aside, I signed up for this and wouldn't want to be elsewhere, honestly. Working from home is its own set of challenges, as you know ofc, and I wouldn't be able to handle it well at all.
I know people say it all the time these days, but again, take care of yourself and stay safe! Wouldn't want you anywhere near this thing. It's horrible.
