Not picky about canon details since it's kind of hard to access, and the lore is already convoluted to begin with (part of the game's charm, tbh). Fill in the blanks however you want.
Naen Siger:
-Maybe someone who isn't from Empyrean would be more charmed by Naen's skittish personality? Could be anyone from the Elven Kingdom, Mirrorverse Arad, Pandemonium, or beyond.
-Getting set up on a date by Melvin or Meryl
-Doctor-patient interaction leads to something more
-Making flasks or potions together
Woon Lyonir:
-I think there's definitely ship potential with any of the guys Woon has ended up fighting with or against since the Anton days. (Ex: how does he always end up hanging out with flippant white-haired dudes who are into explosives i.e. Hiram Klauf and Hugh Fitzlary)
-Time and dimension travel are all over the place in DFO; maybe Woon is warped somewhere and gets involved with someone unexpected?
-Anything that makes Woon sadder than he already is ( held captive, reflections on an old relationship that ended badly, etc)...or after all that angst maybe he finally meets someone that makes him happy

I love the cool retro-ness of Gatchaman as well as everything about Jun especially. (Who knew that bird outfits + competence kink would be such a great combo??) I'm fine with any version of her, whether it's Jun from the original Gatchaman, Princess from Battle of the Planets, or Agatha June from G-Force.
-Slice of life running the snack bar or maybe a patron falls for Jun not realizing who her alter ego is (any kind of identity porn is A+++ for Gatchaman really)
-Teaching the love interest about Extreme Combat Yoyo (I love anything that emphasizes the "Science Ninja" part of "Science Ninja Team Gatchaman")
-Crossover/fusion with Voltron (space knights meet space ninjas!) or any other sentai series (or Tatsunoko vs Capcom!)

IMO Guild Wars was such a breath of fresh air in the MMO genre, and all of the expansions were excellent. I would love to see any aspect of the world explored, from the cultural landscapes and lore to fun stuff about game mechanics.
-I loved Guild Wars' take on necromancy (holistic, pretty widely accepted in society, not just about doing things for the evilulz) and Eve's pretty much the poster girl for the class. Something about her time with Team Mhenlo or striking out on her own after Prophecies would be cool (iirc she loved Kaineng City)
-Varesh is my fave GW villain and I always wished there was an option to ditch the Sunspears and follow her instead. Any variation of that or a "Varesh wins" AU would be welcome.
-Eve or Varesh getting to play a bigger role in GW2
-Any kind of Varesh/Margonite or Eve/dead person ship!
As for Guild Wars 2:

Caithe's love life has been a pretty dramatic part of the GW2 story since the beginning, and I would love to see her finally get a new girlfriend or revel in stuff about the one that wronged her. Non-Sylvari love interests are totally fine.
-Romantic tryst in any scenic location (I love the environment design in GW2). Favorites include: any of the cities, Vabbi, and anywhere in the Maguuma Jungle, but I'm happy to be surprised

I requested novel canon because it's the most comprehensive, but references to or fusions with the donghua, drama, or manhua versions of the characters would be fine by me.
-Any kind of in-game romantic stuff! (Is playing Glory just for fun even a thing for them?)
-Wuxia, xianxia, or webnovel author AU
-I've also always wanted to see more stuff that emphasizes the "café" part of "internet café." Or any sort of coffee or teashop AU!
Crossover ideas:
-Qiao Yifan/Jin Ling from Mo Dao Zu Shi: It just kills me that they share a voice actor. XD You could really do anything with this, whether it's an AU or if transmigration is involved. Aging them up is fine as well.
-Qiao Yifan/Kuroko Tetsuya from Kuroko no Basuke: I think they have a lot of similarities in temperament (and visual appearance!) that would be fun to explore. Also, gaming and basketball are two of my very favorites when it comes to sports, so you can't go wrong with something revolving around either of their careers.

The Longest Journey is such an epic adventure, and I especially loved Zoë's portion of the story. Any game setting or timeline is fine as is anything taking part in one of the dream or parallel universes.
-Propast was probably was favorite part of Chapters, and I'd love to see more of Zoë's laidback mundane life there before things kicked off. Ideas: anything to do with Nela and her food cart, following up with the flirting with Dr. Zelenka, Bioneering student life
-Zoë encounters (love interest) via a Dreamer console (I'm def interested in anything to do with unsettling WATIcorp tech stuff) or Zoë's Dreamer powers
-Roleswap with any of the other playable characters and getting together with someone from their story path

Seeing this in the tagset made me remember what a fun game this was! I love the serene mood of this game, and I'm happy to see any ship with one of Kyle's peers from the first generation or anyone else that you have ideas for.

I've always been a fan of all three of them, and I love how each is a different take on the "pure-hearted warrior" concept. Any game timeline is fine with me, as is any AU, from modern to sci-fi (Star Wars crossover characters not required).
-Sparring/weapon shopping/weapon master mode adventuring
-Xianghua is known for being "bratty" (downed A+B lol) but I would love to see a pairing that explored her courageous or caring side
-Mi-na consoles someone with affection or sex after beating them in a duel
-All three of them are pretty firmly on the side of good, but could a particular love interest tempt or sway them to the dark side completely?
Crossover idea: Talim/Agnès Oblige from Bravely Default - commiserating over wind priestess/wind vestal problems, dreaming about someone in another world that they can relate to, etc
(I've only played the first game and am only partway through Bravely Second. However, I'm totally fine with spoilers).
