Shalu/Naala (The Crimson Flower That Divides)
Shalu did nothing wrong T_T I enjoyed the canon routes of this game quite a lot, but I also thought Shalu would totally have been a great love interest in her own right. Her strong feelings for Naala were really apparent, and it was clear she was willing to do anything if she thought it would save her.
-Growing up together in Rus before they were kidnapped
-Sneaking off to drink together after their coming of age, drunken confessions
-Saving Naala from one of her bad endings
-Naala chooses to accept a marriage of convenience to any of the canon love interests for political reasons, and Shalu stays by her side
Crossover Fandom
Na Young-Won (Monthly Magazine Home) & Sangenya Machi (Your Home is My Business!)
Monthly Magazine Home and Your Home is My Business! are two really fun real estate-themed dramas, and I liked their very different approaches and the contrast between their female leads. I do think the latter might have influenced the former, especially given how Machi's "Go!" catchphrase seems to be parodied in how the Monthly Magazine Home staff love to say "Stop!" all the time. How could Machi and Young Won meet? What if they each had clients interested in the same house, Young Won's from a journalistic/marketing standpoint and Machi's on the sales side? How would they get into international real estate, and how would they react to each other's coworkers? What if Young Won were to write an article about Machi? If you want to lean in a more "/" shippy direction, that would be great too.
Jun the Swan (Gatchaman)/Princess Allura (Voltron Lion Force)
Retro sentai series forever faves - I'd love to see them together in any way you can imagine. I love the tech and other worldbuilding aspects of their respective series as well as their camaraderie with their teammates, so if you'd like to include anything about that, I would find it awesome.

Con Smith & Coyote Smith (Killer7)
This game was such a fun, bewildering, and hilarious experience. Suda didn't give us much in terms of backstory for these characters, but I'm curious about any ideas you might have. Feel free to incorporate stuff from Hand in killer7, though that too is plenty contradictory. No worries about it making logical sense. It's killer7 after all.
Con & Coyote: I like the idea of Con looking up to Coyote! Companionable mentorship vibes, Coyote giving combat/thievery advice, talking smack about Dan behind his back
Kaede/Susie: Susie has the most amazing lines in a game full of incredible dialogue, equally fine with this being pre or post her decapitation, using the items/rings in a romantic way, Kaede toting Susie around Lollipop Chainsaw-style, Susie lavishing Kaede with bizarre compliments, having Susie talk in pure kaomoji is a-ok too
Kaede/MASK: I just like the idea of them having a romance! I like the contrast between MASK being a protective type and Kaede being more self-destructive. He gets all the cool costume changes, what about Kaede? Maybe something with him draping his cape over her shoulders? What if he was the one she was with at the Union Hotel and not Coyote, as is sometimes suggested?
Other ideas: hurt/comfort after one of their assassination missions, weird or blood-drenched smut, something inspired by one of the songs that their weapon names come from, something in the format of a Travis monologue, someone (Garcian?) having a hallucination about the characters

(Currently streaming on Viki) I still can hardly believe they made a whole feature film for the game! The movie mostly centers around the matchmaking party that kickstarted the plot. It's quite campy, and the pace is super fast with the main character Kana scrambling to unmask all the Liars within a matter of days. Kana's relationship with Mr. Fortuneteller is a bit kinder here, and I liked seeing him be somewhat more sympathetic to Kana in this adaptation.
-A more private and romantic moment after the matchmaking party
-More strange advice from Mr. Fortuneteller leads to comedy
-What if the cute date in Yokohama was with someone other than Azusa?
-An alternative ending to their confessions, i.e. they don't say goodbye

-Poor Office MC was in Work Mode almost 100% of the time. How would her love interest help her relax? Going on a vacation?

-Something revolving around one of their hobbies or interests
-Double date with another MC+love interest
-For the Liars, I felt that MC was more exasperated and emotionally hurt rather than frightened by their actions. How could they rebuild their relationship?

Cha Se Eum/Lee Luna
(Currently streaming on Disney+/Hulu)
"Highly stylized mysteries starring Lee Young Ae" is a genre that has started to reemerge in recent years, and I am living for it! This drama is an adaptation of the French series Philharmonia, and it offers a wealth of melodrama and beautiful orchestral moments. I've been so into Luna's curiosity and admiration for Se Eum since the first episode. That scene of her calling Luna out for deliberately practicing with the door open as a plea for attention? Amazing.
I have no idea how closely Maestra will follow the original show, but I am spoiled for the ending of Philharmonia, so if you'd like their relationship to follow the same trajectory as Hélène and Séléna's, I'd be totally cool with that. I will continue to watch the series as it airs, so feel free to include any new details that come up.
-Se Eum being pedantic about music and Luna loving it
-Playing a duet or appreciating music together
-Luna sneakily antagonizing people like Taeho or Chairman Yoo on Se Eum's behalf
-Anything about Luna's private happiness at being singled out for her talent or being a success after being appointed concertmaster

Kamosawa Nazuna & Kamosawa Seri (My Little Chef)
A classic in the grand tradition of culinary-themed dramas, this is one of my all-time favorites. It has such a great cast, and Seri's empathy-based menu looked so delicious. I loved Nazuna's unwavering support of her sister, and I would be so happy to see anything with them together.
-Nazuna tries to set Seri up with someone (I would be happy to see Seri shipped with any character)
-Going shopping for ingredients together or Nazuna helping out in the kitchen
-Reacting to one of Seri's new dishes
-Anything about them running their new restaurant together
プリティガール | Pretty Girls (TV)
Kurai Ayumi/Noyama Hana (Pretty Girls)
Another blast from the past. I remember stumbling across this and being so amused by the story and its optimistic take on retail sales (IIRC it was filmed in the actual Ginza Mitsukoshi). Their dynamic was so fun with Hana as Ayumi's pixie dream girl/psudo fairy godmother, and it was so heartwarming to see them gradually become friends.
-Any kind of retail/merchandise-focused stuff with them doing well at their jobs at Andrew's Department Store
-Continuing the Dorothy Gale vs Cinderella debate
-Instead of going through with their wedding, Ryo steps aside and tells Ayumi she should be with someone else who cares for her
-Taking care of Toto together
-Any kind of ending divergence where Hana comes back for Ayumi
